Several parts of Bengaluru city will experience power cut for 7 hours on Saturday, February 14, 2026, for maintenance work. This power cut are conducted on monthly basis  at power stations and substations to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the public. In the press release issued by BESCOM regarding the power outage, it has been stated that emergency maintenance work will be carried out at the K.V. Gokula Substation in Jalahalli division of Bengaluru tomorrow (Saturday). Due to this, power supply to the surrounding areas will be suspended.

Affected Areas

J.P. Kaval Forest, Gangamma Circle, Kammakondanahalli, P.L. North Colony, South Colony, Bahubali Nagar, Patel Pillai Gowda Layout, Bloomfield Garden, Ramachandrapura, Jalahalli Village, Sarathamba Nagar, H.M.D. Industrial Estate, Prestige Wellington, Prestige Kensington Apartment Complex, Muthyala Nagar, Chamundeeswari Layout, Nanjappa Layout, Gokula Extension, M.M.R. Layout and surrounding areas.

Power Cut Timings
