Bengaluru: Man filed a complaint against wife accusing her of harassment, sexual misconduct and cheating  and forced eviction from house.  According to India Today report, A police complaint alleges the man's wife subjected him to sexual torture, including forced unnatural acts and pressure to engage in relations with her friend. He also accused her of sending obscene videos and demanding he replicate them. The man further stated that his wife admitted to extramarital affairs with former boyfriends.

As per the FIR , On March 17, 2026 offenses allegedly occurred between March 4, 2022, and September 24, 2024. The complaint states that a family mediation on July 4, 2024, failed to resolve the dispute, and the alleged harassment continued. He claims he was evicted on September 24, 2024.

He further alleges that Rs 1.87 lakh in cash, gold and silver jewelry (including a 44-gram choker, a 35-gram gold chain, an 18-gram gold bracelet, and an 11-gram gold ring), personal documents (passport, educational certificates), and various household items remain unlawfully withheld in the house.

The man has sought police intervention to recover his belongings and pursue legal action. Police have registered a case based on his complaint and are investigating it under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, including criminal intimidation, wrongful restraint, and criminal breach of trust.
