In a tragic incident in Anandpur, Baniyapur (Chhapra), a DAV Public School van was involved in a collision with a speeding truck, resulting in injuries to nine children. The accident occurred when the school van was parked to pick up a child. As the driver stepped out to assist the child in boarding the vehicle, a truck traveling at high speed crashed into the van.

At the time of the accident, there were around 15 to 16 children on board the van. While most of the children suffered minor injuries, two of them were seriously hurt and have been referred to Chhapra for further treatment. Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, while local residents have expressed concern over the rising incidents of speeding vehicles in the area.

The incident has drawn attention to the safety protocols around school transportation and the need for stricter enforcement of traffic laws. The local community is urging the authorities to take immediate action to prevent such accidents from happening in the future.
