Three members of the same family were found dead in their home in the JNV Colony area of Bikaner district in Rajasthan. The dead body of Nitin Khatri, an electrician by professional, was discovered alongside his wife and 22-year-old daughter in a suspected case of suicide.
The incident came to light after a foul smell came from inside the house, and police were called. The bodies are said to be seven to eight days old. CO Vishal Jangid said, "Information was received about a foul smell coming from inside a house. Upon receiving the report, a team was dispatched to the location. Upon arrival, they discovered three dead bodies, all belonging to the same family. The forensic team has been called in."
