New Delhi, March 13 THe BJP has issued a whip to its MPs in the Lok Sabha to be present in the House on March 16 when the appropriation bill relating to the Union Budget would come up.
Once the prescribed period for discussion on demands for grants is over, the Speaker applies the guillotine and all the outstanding demands for grants are put to vote.
