Kanker (Chhattisgarh) [India], Feb 26 : An encounter broke out between the police and the Naxalite cadres in Kankare's Koyalibeda area earlier in the day.
The Naxals were able to flee the spot. However, the security personnel managed to seize arms and other paraphernalia.
No loss of life has been reported in the incident so far.
