Notorious gangster Vikas Dubey has been killed in an encounter in Kanpur. The encounter broke out between Vikas Dubey and the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) when the gangster tried to flee upon reaching Kanpur. Vikas suffered a few bullets shots and he later succumbed to his injuries. Vikas Dubey has officially been declared dead. Vikas Dubey is the main accused in the ambush and the killing of eight police personnel in the Kanpur encounter case.
