Haryana Police took Sachin, accused of murdering Congress Leader Himani Narwal, to the Rohtak residence of Himani to recreate the crime scene. When the victim’s mother saw the accused, along with police at her doorstep, she fainted.

Speaking with PTI, the victim’s mother said that she is not satisfied with the investigation of the police. She said, “I am not at all satisfied with the police... This is a case, even if we believe there was a fight and she died, but how mobile phone, tab and laptop were removed from here, this is the main issue. This is my question to the Haryana government. If she died during the fight, the accused would be scared and find a way to dispose of the dead body.”
CCTV footage showing the accused Sachin carrying a black suitcase down a street has surfaced in the Himani Narwal murder case. The video was dated February 28 and has been confirmed by police.
On March 3, Sachin was taken into custody by Haryana Police on suspicion of strangling Congress Leader Himani Narwal with a cell phone charging cable during a fight at her Rohtak home. Police established a special investigation team after finding out about Himani's death on March 1.
