Total number of deaths due to coronavirus across the world crossed 5,000 mark on Friday.

New Delhi, March 13 Total number of deaths due to coronavirus across the world crossed 5,000 mark on Friday.

According to worldometers.info, total number of deaths across the globe were recorded to be 5,082 out of 138,275 total cases.

Of the total, 3,177 deaths have been recorded in China while 1,016 in Italy.

India also reported first death due to coronavirus on March 12.

The COVID-19 is affecting 132 countries and territories around the world.
