A class one student has suffered internal bleeding in her ear after she was allegedly beaten at the Nagar Nigam School in Delhi's Shri Ram Colony. The incident took place on February 17 and was reported through a PCR call on February 18 to Delhi Police.
The medical examination of the student was conducted at the JPC Hospital, and it was found that the child had internal bleeding in the ear, but there were no external injuries. The child's mother did not lodge any complaint at the police station regarding this on the pretext that the child's father had gone to his native place in Bihar.
However, according to the medical report, the police have registered a case under section 115 (2) BNS and section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, as per news agency ANI.
