New Delhi (February 26, 2025): A fire broke out at a cinema hall in Select City Mall on Wednesday during the screening of the film Chhava, causing panic among moviegoers.

According to reports, a corner of the movie screen at PVR Cinemas caught fire during the 4:15 p.m. show. As fire alarms rang, the audience rushed toward the exit doors.

The Delhi Fire Services received a call about the incident at 5:42 p.m. and dispatched fire tenders to the spot. The cinema hall was evacuated, and no injuries were reported.Officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
