A fire broke out at Yadu Green Farm House in the Alipur area, Delhi, on Friday morning, May 15, according to the news agency IANS. A large pandal setup at the site located on National Highway 44 (NH-44) was gutted in a blaze.
More than 12 fire engines and water tankers rushed to the spot and were working to douse the blaze. No injuries or casualties were reported in the incident till now.

Information on how the blaze erupted at Yadu Green Farm House will be investigated after the cooling operations.
Delhi Fire Officer CL Meena said that the distress call was received at around 7.40 AM. s soon as we got the call, our control room alerted the nearest fire stations, and fire tenders were immediately dispatched.”
“When our officers reached the spot, they quickly upgraded the category of the fire because it was a banquet hall incident and the fire was spreading very rapidly. It was classified as a major fire (Category 6). In total, around 15–16 fire tenders were deployed, and the fire was brought under control quickly," the fire officer said.
