Police have arrested three men for allegedly murdering a man by hitting him with bricks and then throwing his body into a borewell at a pump house that was under construction. As per the PTI report the suspects are Suraj (24), Ankit (20), and Abhishek (22), all residents of Swaroop Nagar. Police say Suraj and Abhishek each have three prior criminal cases.

The victim has been identified as Chandan. According to Deputy Commissioner of Police Nidhin Valsan, Suraj believed Chandan was responsible for his recent arrest for a weapons violation. Suraj, seeking revenge, plotted with Ankit and Abhishek to kill Chandan.

The three men attacked Chandan with bricks, killing him at the scene. They then dumped his body in a borewell. After an investigation, police arrested all three suspects.
