A tragic incident at Mayur Vihar Phase 1 metro station in Delhi on Monday morning where a person tried to commit suicide by jumping. Which caused a panic among commuter's on metro services on the Blue Line during rush hour. The person was seriously injured and taken to a hospital. Their name and reason for attempting suicide are currently unknown.

Upon learning about the incident police and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) staff arrived quickly and are investigating.
