An angadiya trader was robbed in daylight in Delhi's Lahori Gate area at the gunpoint. The incident was caught on CCTV camera where a man snatched a bag containing Rs 80 lakh cash. The shocking incident took place in the busy area of Haveli Haider Quli in Chandni Chowk.

According to reports, the miscreants first fired and then fled from the spot after snatching the bag full of money in the high-footfall area of the National Capital. The crime was captured in the CCTV camera installed nearby area. Police are conducting the further investigation as per the footage and trying to identify the robbers.

Rs 80 Lakh Looted at Gunpoint From Trader in Delhi

 

In a viral CCTV video, it can be seen a man in a black shirt wearing a cap and mask with a pistol in hand walks swiftly behind a trader carrying beg and suddenly points the gun at him. Threatening with a gun, he snatched his beg, which was reported to be filled with Rs 8 lakh cash in it.

Meanwhile, earlier in March, two miscreants were shot by the police during an encounter in north Delhi's Wazirabad after they allegedly robbed a motorcycle from a constable at gunpoint who had attempted to apprehend them, an official said.
