Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday unveiled a plaque to mark the laying of the foundation stone of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University in Lucknow. He said that it is also a coincidence that on 'Good Governance Day', the statue of the former Prime Minister has been unveiled in the building from which the state government runs.
