At least three workers working at the paper mill factory in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad district died tragically after a boiler blast on Friday morning, March 28. Authorities have sent the bodies for postmortem examination while police and administrative teams are conducting an investigation. The explosion damaged the infrastructure of the factory and claimed the lives of three workers on the spot. ACP Gyan Prakash said, "Three workers died on the spot in a boiler blast incident in this factory today."

A similar boiler blast accident occurred at Alwar-Bhiwadi Mega Highway-48 at the Sijork ink manufacturing company on March 17, which claimed the life of one worker. The blast was so severe that caused damage to the nearby residentialbuildings.

The incident took place during the replacement of the old boiler at the factory premises. Sheikh Jamshed, aged 32, a labourer from Patharia village, Jharkhand, lost his life in the accident. The powerful explosion scattered boiler components across a 500-metre radius, inflicting considerable damage to neighbouring residential buildings.
