Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (February 26, 2025): Two people, including a child, died and several others were injured when an electric bus collided with pedestrians and a bike on Gulavti Road under the Musuri Police Station area around 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday February 26, 2025.

The bus, part of Uttar Pradesh Roadways' shuttle service, is believed to have suffered a brake failure, though police are still investigating the cause. The injured victims have been rushed to a nearby hospital.

According to the reports, the driver and conductor fled the scene after the incident. In response, an angry mob vandalized the bus. Police have launched a manhunt for the two.
