An unsettling video from Ghaziabad has gone viral online, showing a police officer acting inappropriately and using foul language during a heated argument with a woman. The incident happened at the Sikanderpur Police Station near Teela Mod. Social media users were immediately outraged by the video and demanded that strong measures be taken. During a heated exchange with the female complainant, the police officer was also heard on camera using derogatory language.
The DCP Trans Hindon Commission of Gaziabad confirmed the incident. They posted on X, “The concerned post in-charge has been placed on line duty with immediate effect. After investigation, necessary legal action will be taken.”
The incident took place on April 14 when a woman arrived at the police station to talk about a case with officials. The woman was giving her version of events. SI Vimal Kumar acted inappropriately with the woman during this time. He became really upset and began speaking in an unparliamentary manner. The entire conversation was surreptitiously recorded by the woman. SI Vimal Kumar was suspended by the police administration right away after this video became viral on social media. In the video, the official is heard yelling, “Kya karwayi karein yeh bta, tu kya karwayi karein. Jayada kanoonchi ban rhi hai.”
The officer gets even angrier when the woman calmly reminds him that she is being courteous and enquires as to why he is becoming upset.
He then said, “Teri samjh me nahi aari hai na. Jyada bole jaa rhi hai, c**** samajh rhi hai kya humein. Teri zubaan jail bhijwaegi use. Mujhse likhwale ab. Jabse toh teri madad karne ki soch rahe the hum, ab nahi karenge. Jahan tujko jana ho, chali ja.”

Many people were upset and slammed the official for his behaviour.
A user wrote, “Filing a rape case has become a Joke now in India. Yet another video which proves it. This officer is saying as soon as rape case is filed, the person will land in jail whether he has done anything or not." Another said, “This is unacceptable and hopefully necessary action is taken." Another person stated, “This clearly shows that police officers can manipulate the laws as per their will. He got offended because the woman was talking about laws. More transparency is required in Police and judicial system.
