Do you know that a 10 rupee note can fetch you some big bucks? This may sound a bit weird but it is true. There are few norms associated with the same, firstly it must be the old style ten  rupee banknote featuring the three lions of the Ashoka, India’s national emblem. The backside contains illustrations of animals, including a horse, deer and peacocks in a tree. If you are the lucky owner of one such antique note then you can auction it on Indiamart, ShopClues and Marudhar Arts. Apart from the websites mentioned above, this note can also be sold on Coin Bazaar. Here you can get 25 thousand rupees for this note but  keep in mind that the note should be in perfect safe condition, because this will determine the price of the note. 

Apart from the note we have mentioned, an old black Rs.10 note can also be sold at a good price. You will get 13-14 thousand rupees for this old black note. If you want to sell rare, antique coins, you have to go to Indiamart's website indiamart.com. On this website you have to create your account. After creating an account, you have to register yourself as a seller on the website. After registration, you will have to upload the picture of your coins and put it for sale. For instance, A 18th century coin has been priced at Rs 10 lakh at Indiamart and a coin of East India Company made in 1818 has been priced at Rs.10 lakh. The photo of Lord Hanuman is inscribed on this rare, antique coin. People who are fond of antique things always look for opportunities to collect these coins and they are always willing to pay handsome amount of money in order to own these rare coins.
