Haryana imposes ban on night clubs, cinemas

As precaution against spread of coronavirus, Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij on Sunday announced closure of all cinema halls, night clubs, schools and gymnasium across the state till March 31.

Chandigarh, March 15 As precaution against spread of coronavirus, Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij on Sunday announced closure of all cinema halls, night clubs, schools and gymnasium across the state till March 31.

He also announced a ban on a gathering of 200 people for a political rally, social and religious events and sports meet in the state.

The ban was also imposed on gathering of 200 people for education and personal events.

Vij said the state has a provision of 1,300 isolation beds.
