Hathras, Jan. 26, 2026: One person was killed and five others seriously injured in a high-speed collision on National Highway 93 in Hathras district, authorities said. CCTV footage of the accident has circulated on social media, showing the severity of the crash.

The incident occurred near a restaurant along the highway. According to reports, a group of young people had finished their meal and were getting into their car when a speeding vehicle lost control and collided with their car.

The impact was so severe that the speeding car overturned after hitting the black car. All four wheels of the vehicle lifted off the ground. One of the young passengers died at the scene, while five others were critically injured.

CCTV footage from the restaurant captured the moments before the collision, showing the speeding vehicle losing control and striking the black car. Authorities are investigating the incident.
