Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Tarvinder Singh Marwah slammed Aam Aadmi Party Leader Arvind Kejriwal and said that he has left no department corruption-free. He also alleged that Kejriwal is responsible for 80% of deaths that happened during COVID-19. He made these remarks while he was speaking with the News Agency ANI about CAG reports.

He said, “14 CAG reports were due, and only 2 of them have been presented... Arvind Kejriwal has left no department free from corruption... I will hold him directly responsible for 80% of the deaths during COVID-19... I claim that if he goes to jail this time, he will not get bail.”

Aam Aadmi Party officials have not responded to two Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) findings, according to BJP MLA Harish Khurana, who stated on March 3 that 14 reports have yet to be presented to the Legislative Assembly. Khurana stated in an interview with ANI that the BJP government is dedicated to tabling all of the CAG reports.

The report "Public Health Infrastructure and Management of Health Services Relating to Government of NCT of Delhi," which was prepared by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG), will be discussed by the MLAs, who may also bring up issues under Rule-280 with the Chair's approval, according to the list of business issued by the Treasury Bench.

The Aam Aadmi Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party are at odds over the series of CAG findings that are being presented in the Delhi Assembly. As a result, nearly all AAP MLAs, except for one, have been suspended for three days for opposing the ruling party.

The tensions escalated when the Assembly Speaker, Vijendra Gupta, suspended 21 AAP MLAs, including Atishi and Gopal Rai, before the CAG report was tabled.
