A suspicious balloon named 'Pakistan International Airlines' (PIA) was discovered in the Ghagwal sector of Samba, Jammu and Kashmir, on Wednesday morning, March 12.  The balloon was found by a local woman, who promptly alerted the locals and the authorities.

The police quickly responded, seizing the balloon and initiating an investigation. Security agencies are also involved in examining the matter, as such incidents have raised concerns about potential espionage or psychological warfare tactics.

This incident follows a series of similar discoveries in the region, including aircraft-shaped balloons with Pakistani markings found in Samba and other parts of Jammu and Kashmir.
