Faizal Khan, known professionally as Khan Sir, has joined protests with BPSC aspirants demanding re-examination for the 70th Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) prelims. Khan Sir said, "The Government will benefit the most from re-exam. The demand for re-exam is not wrong."

The protesting students alleged irregularities in the BPSC examination process and urged the Bihar government to take immediate action. YouTuber Khan Sir argued that government officials should release the treasury reports of Gaya and Nawada, alleging irregularities in the examination process. He claimed that a scam had taken place, stating, "There is definitely a scam."

"People will return with re-exam, just like farmers returned after their protest. Similarly, we will go and challenge the BPSC. The BPSC is an autonomous body, independent, but it has become corrupt," said Educator Khan Sir.

"We want a re-exam, and the government will conduct the re-exam (for 70th BPSC). We don't have any political aspirations. Re-exam is good for the government. If they will conduct it, it would benefit them. I demand the government to release the treasury report of Gaya and Nawada...There is definitely a scam. All our demands are legitimate...I am sure the government will conduct the re-exam as we have presented evidence in the High Court...the court will give its order in the favour of students," Khan Sir stated.
