A tragic incident occurred in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow, where a two-year-old girl died after falling into a tub filled with water. This tragedy occurred on Sunday April 19, 2026 in her house bathroom around 8 am when the family members were busy in the kitchen, she went close to the tub while attempting to wash a glass. She lost her balance and fell into tub and became unconscious.

 

After noticing that she is missing, family members began to search and later found them lying unconscious in the washroom and immediately took her to the nearby community health center.

The incident has plunged the family into grief. According to the victim's father, Sonu Rawat, a labourer, the two-year-old was his youngest of two daughters, and the tragedy has devastated the entire family.
