Madhya Pradesh: A tragic accident occurred Damoh district, were a four person, including two brothers, died and five others sustained injuries after a truck hit motorcycle and a sports utility vehicle. This accident occurred on Friday April 10, 2026. This incident occurred near Basa Tarkheda village, around 10 km from the district headquarters, close to a temple along Damoh-Sagar state highway in the evening, Sagar Naka police outpost in charge inspector Vikram Dangi said.

According to PTI reports, "The truck first hit a motorcycle, killing siblings Jeevan Ahirwar (33) and Suraj Ahirwar (30) on the spot. It then rammed into a Bolero, killing two persons identified as Raju Choudhary (50) and Dharmendra Sikhaiya (32). Five persons sustained injuries and have been hospitalised."

In separate incident four people died and eight other sustained serious injuries after four-wheeler collided with a straw-laden truck. This incident occurred in Madhya Pradesh's Indore in early hours of Monday. According to PTI, this accident occurred  around 1.30 am on the Indore-Nemawar Road. The victims were returning to Indore after attending a wedding in neighbouring Dewas district when their multi-utility vehicle (MUV) collided with a truck, he said.
