A 12-wheeler truck loaded with wheat was engulfed in fire on the Agra-Mumbai Highway near Biaora in Madhya Pradesh's  Rajgarh on Friday night, March 28. The incident occurred during the long traffic jam on both sides of the highway. After receiving the information, six fire tenders from Biaora, Rajgarh and Suthaliya rushed to the spot and engaged in a dousing operation. The cause of the fire remains unknown. However, no injuries or casualties were reported in the incident

Earlier on Friday, an accident between a truck and a container took the life of a man and injured four others. The accident took place near Barodia Kalan village, under the Malthone police station area in the Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh.

The incident occurred at around 12.45 am near the Barodia Kalan outpost under the jurisdiction of Malthone police station. According to police sources and investigation officers, “the container was coming from Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, while the truck was heading in the opposite direction".

Intial investigation revealed that the truck, bearing registration number RJ 11 GC 3821, had entered the wrong lane, leading to the fatal crash.
