At least 4 out of 6 exit polls have predicted that the saffron combine will be back with more than 200 seats in the 288-member Maharashtra Assembly.

The Times Now's exit poll has predicted 230 seats for the BJP-Sena combine while giving a meagre 48 seats to the Congress and its allies. Only 10 seats were delegated for other political parties by the Times Now exit poll.

The India Today-My Axis poll, however, did not predict a landslide victory for the BJP-Shiv Sena combine, giving it 181 seats. It has given 81 seats to the Congress and it's alliance partners, while 26 went to the smaller parties.

The CNN News 18-IPSOS exit poll has envisaged a thumping victory for the BJP-Shiv Sena combine, giving it as many as 243 seats, the most by any exit poll.

It has given just 41 seats to the Congress and its allies and just 4 seats to others. The agency said a total of 432 polling stations in 72 Assembly constituencies were selected for conducting the survey.

TV9 Marathi, a regional channel, also conducted an exit poll which predicted 197 seats for the BJP-Sena grouping and 75 seats for the Congress, leaving 16 seats for others.

Pradeep Bhandari's Jan Ki Baat gave 223 seats to the BJP and its alliance partners, leaving 54 and 11 seats for the Congress and others, respectively.
