Delhi Metro Viral Video: A video showing a man urinating openly on a Delhi Metro platform has gone viral on social media, triggering widespread outrage and calls for strict action against the commuter. The incident, caught on camera by another passenger, shows a middle-aged man standing near a glass corridor on the platform and urinating in public. When he realised he was being recorded, the man fled the spot without offering any apology or showing remorse.
The video has drawn sharp criticism online, with many users highlighting the lack of civic sense among daily commuters. The person who shared the video wrote that such behaviour reflects a serious absence of basic civic responsibility in the national capital, especially in public transport spaces used by thousands of people every day.
Several social media users demanded action against the man. One user called for authorities to identify and arrest him to set an example. Another said some people treat the Delhi Metro like their personal space and urged the government to take stricter steps to prevent such incidents.
Public anger has grown due to repeated cases of similar behaviour in Metro premises. In a separate incident reported earlier, a man was caught urinating outside Red Fort Metro Station and was publicly confronted by onlookers, including foreigners. The foreign national was part of a cleanliness drive along with youth volunteers when the incident occurred.
