Factory workers began a protest in Noida’s Sector 63 A Block on Wednesday morning, April 15, demanding better wages. A heavy police presence has been deployed in the area to maintain law and order.

Meanwhile, Noida District Magistrate Medha Rupam issued a warning to outsourcing agencies regarding the conduct of their workforce. She said agencies could face strict action, including blacklisting and cancellation of licences, if their employees engage in any disruptive activities.
