32-year-old man, Deep, employed at a private company in Noida Sector 9, died by suicide on Thursday. He was found hanging from a ceiling fan inside his office.  A colleague has been apprehended in connection with the incident, though the specific nature of their involvement has not yet been released by authorities.

Noida Phase-1 Police Station in-charge, Inspector Amit Bhadana, confirmed Deep's employment at the private company.  Police received a call this morning reporting the incident.  "This morning, the police received information that he hanged himself from a ceiling fan inside the company office," Bhadana stated.

The body has been sent for post-mortem examination, and a thorough investigation is underway.  While the circumstances surrounding the death are still being investigated, the apprehension of a colleague suggests that police are exploring all possible angles, including the possibility of abetment to suicide.  Further details are expected to be released as the investigation progresses.
