Six persons were killed and three others injured when a vehicle travelling at a high speed overturned in Madhya Pradesh's Raisen district on Monday morning, April 21. The accident took place at around 7 am near a roadside eatery under the Sultanpur police station area.

According to the Additional Superintendent of Police Kamlesh Kharpuse, the vehicle carrying nine passengers to Indore in Madhya Pradesh from Patna in Bihar was carrying passengers after attending a marriage function. 

The driver lost control of the wheels and as a result, the vehicle overturned. Six people were killed in the accident. The three other injured persons were admitted to the District Hospital in Raisen and are undergoing treatment.
