Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has now come under fire from the Rajasthan government after the Indian Medical Association (IMA) filed a Rs 1,000 crore defamation suit against him for criticizing allopathy treatment. The state government raided Patanjali's factory late last night. During the raid it has been revealed that mustard oil is being adulterated in the factory.Against this backdrop, Patanjali's edible oil factory at Alwar has been sealed. The action taken under the leadership of the District Collector has also been videotaped.

Earlier, the Solvent Extractors Association of India (SEA) had also objected to the mustard oil produced by Baba Ramdev's company Patanjali. The SEA had objected to Patanjali's advertisement. In which Patanjali was claiming that the oil of other companies was adulterated.

Meanwhile, action was taken after the administration received information that oil was being packaged and adulterated at the Patanjali brand mustard oil production plant in Khairthal in Rajasthan's Alwar district. The Singhania Oil Mill was raided by the administration and the factory was sealed. A large number of Patanjali packets have been seized from the factory.
