Rajasthan Power Cut: 4 Hours Electricity Outage in Kotputli on March 5; Check Affected Areas

Rajasthan's Kotputli area will be experiencing the 4 hours of power supply disruption on March 5, 2026. This power shutdown is for the necessary repair work on the 33 KV Sotanala-1 line. Supply disruption from 11 am to 3 pm.

Assistant Engineer (HTM) D.P. Singh stated that this power cut will affect Mount Shivalik, Alston, Hindustan Spirits, Safari Hotel, and Morda Village. Power supply will be cut off in all these areas for the specified time.

Meanwhile, Bengaluru citizens are continuously experiencing power supply disruption in several areas as the summer is approaching. BESCOM is cutting off power almost every day due to work. That too, sometimes there is a disruption in power supply from 10 am to 5 pm. To solve this issue BESCOM has taken an important decision.

BESCOM officials have announced that there will be no power cuts in Bengaluru during the ongoing SSLC and PUC exams to support students. Parents have welcomed this decision, which will allow children to study without disruption. Additionally, BESCOM aims to minimize power outages as much as possible due to the early onset of summer heat, ensuring residents can comfortably use cooling appliances. This initiative has been positively received by the public.
