Ram Navami will be celebrated all over India on 6th April, and on the occasion of Lord Rama's birth, there will be a grand procession in various parts of the country. Hyderabad will also be hosting a Shobha Yatra, and ahead of which, police are taking proper precaution to maintain the disciple; they are ensuring that proper security measures are being taken.  On Ram Navami celebrations to be held on April 6, Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand says conducted a preparatory Coordination committee meeting. 

Commissioner said, "Sri Ram Navami Shobhayatra, conducted annually, is going to be conducted on April 6 this year. We conducted a preparatory coordination committee meeting. There are three main processions which are conducted by the Bhagyanagar Shri Ram Navami Utsav Committee... All three processions are coordinated and go through a route of 6.2 km to Hanuman Vyayam Shala from the Sitarambagh temple area. All departments have been invited. The organizers of these processions expressed their doubts and requests for certain works to be done... From a law-and-order angle, entire city police will be deployed because there are more than 200 processions which will go around and about 50 of them will join the main procession..."
