On March 5, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a webinar after the budget announcement to discuss how to create more jobs in India. He expressed optimism about India's economic future, saying India would soon have a $5 trillion economy.

The Prime Minister stressed the need to invest wisely to grow the economy. He said it was important to make the right investments in the right areas and to keep expanding the economy.

Modi also emphasized that successfully putting the budget plans into action was vital for economic growth. He told the attendees that they had an important part to play in making sure the budget announcements were implemented effectively.

The Prime Minister expressed his confidence that the government was doing things differently than in the past. He stated that they had moved away from simply announcing budgets without properly implementing them.
