The BJP, which promotes the policy of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas in government schemes, is now working to reinforce this message within its organisational efforts. As part of its strategy to reach out to all sections of society, the party’s Minority Morcha is directly engaging with 32 lakh minority families ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections scheduled for later this year.

The 'Saugat-e-Modi' campaign is expected to benefit 32 lakh underprivileged Muslims across the nation, who will receive special kits to celebrate Eid. The BJP Minority Morcha has launched a festival-based program to connect with minority families. According to Jamal Siddiqui, National President of the BJP Minority Morcha, the initiative will coincide with major festivals: Eid on 31 March, Baisakhi on 14 April, Good Friday on 18 April, and Easter on 20 April.

The BJP Minority Morcha has 32,000 active office-bearers, each tasked with identifying 100 needy families from minority communities. Morcha officials visit mosques, gurdwaras, and churches to compile these lists. The initiative aims to distribute Saugat-e-Modi kits to 32 lakh families across the country

The kits include food items, clothes, vermicelli, dates, dry fruits and sugar. Women's kits will contain fabric for suits, while men's kits will include kurta-pyjamas. The cost of each kit will be around Rs 500 to Rs 600, as per a report by news agency ANI.

These kits will contain essential items needed to celebrate the respective festival. The mode of distribution—whether door-to-door delivery or a mass gathering—will be decided based on local circumstances. Siddiqui confirmed that the Saugat-e-Modi distribution has already begun.

National President of BJP Minority Morcha, Jamal Siddiqui said, "PM Narendra Modi participates in the celebrations of every festival and in the happiness of everyone. We are making efforts to make every festival full of colours. Today, we are distributing the 'Saugat-e-Modi' kits as it is the month of Ramzan...Everyone's faith should be respected..."
