A major security breach was reported at the Delhi Legislative Assembly on Monday afternoon after an unidentified vehicle allegedly rammed through a security barrier and entered the high-security premises. In a further escalation, ink was allegedly hurled at the Delhi Assembly Speaker’s vehicle during the incident.

According to initial information, the vehicle gained access through Gate No. 2, triggering panic among security personnel and prompting an immediate response from authorities. The incident has raised serious concerns over the adequacy of security arrangements at the Assembly complex, which is considered a highly protected zone given the presence of senior government officials and lawmakers.

According to the details, the vehicle crashed into the barrier before managing to enter the Assembly premises. Authorities were examining how the vehicle was able to break through the barricade and access the restricted area despite existing security protocols. CCTV footage from multiple entry points was also expected to be scanned to identify the vehicle and determine the sequence of events leading to the breach. Following the breach and the alleged ink attack, the unidentified vehicle managed to flee the Assembly complex.
