In the early hours of March 18, 2025, at 5 AM, Seema gave birth to a baby girl at Krishna Hospital in Greater Noida. This is her fifth child and her first with husband Sachin Meena.
Already a mother of four from her previous marriage, Seema brought her children with her when she entered India in May 2023.
