Shashi Tharoor slammed for sharing wrong map of India on Twitter

Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor was trolled heavily on Twitter after he shared a picture of a protest which showed a map of India without Pok.

Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor was trolled heavily on Twitter after he shared a picture of a protest which showed a map of India without Pok. Twitter users quickly pointed out the mistake and Tharoor ultimately deleted the tweet after receiving much flak. Tharoor, on Friday, tweeted about his particioation in a rally at Kozhikode on Saturday against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act and National Register of Citizens (NRC) The tweet has also put Kerala Congress in a spot of bother. 

Even the BJP slammed Tharoor for sharing the wrong map of India. BJP's IT Cell head Amit Malviya said in a tweet, In the name of anti-CAA protest, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor posts a mutilated map of India... This can’t be an oversight. Earlier Farhan Akhtar did it and now him. Who is he trying to please? His co-conspirators in Pakistan or radical constituents back home? Slamming Tharoor, BJP leader Sambit Patra said, Why’s is it so Mr @ShashiTharoor that the Map of INDIA  that your party & workers are advertising, is a distorted one ..is this Congress’ idea of India -Distort,Divide & Destroy??Shouldn’t Mr Tharoor apologize for demeaning India?
