New Delhi, July 16 The Delhi High Court has transferred the case of a minor Malaysian from one Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) to another.

A single judge bench of the High Court presided by Justice Anup J. Bhambhani transferred the matter form JJB-1 (Kingsway Camp) to JJB-2 (Vishwas Nagar).

The minor Malaysian has been chargesheeted for attending a Tablighi Jamaat congregation at the Nizamuddin Markaz here.

The directions came in after the Delhi government's counsel informed the court that in JJB-1, presently there was only one Principal Magistrate and there were two vacancies.
