A shocking incident has come to the light hidden camera disguised as a mobile charger was discovered in a private women's hostel in Ameenpur, Sangareddy district, Telangana, causing widespread anger. Police have arrested the hostel owner, B. Maheshwar, and begun an investigation.

A resident of Villa No. 75 found the hidden camera and informed other residents, who then contacted the police. The police confiscated the camera and multiple storage chips, which are currently being analyzed.

B. Maheshwar's hostel is being investigated for possible privacy and security violations. A case has been filed under Section 77 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act, which deals with privacy violations.

The Ameenpur Police Inspector said that they are checking the evidence and carrying out a detailed investigation. This incident raises serious concerns about the safety of women in hostels and has led to demands for stronger rules and monitoring.
