According to the sources, the victim Irshad Mohammad's motorbike had hit a man, who was taking part in Dusshera celebrations in Luhari village late on Tuesday night.

The minor accident led to a verbal row which soon turned violent after a group of people beat Irshad Mohammad, who fell to the ground and hit his head a stone.
