The court said that the parties were refrained from sharing the details of the proceedings and the evidence which is being recorded during the trial.

The court on Saturday held a special hearing as the judge had sought special permission from the Delhi High Court to conduct proceedings even on holidays.

"It is again impressed upon the parties to refrain from reporting the proceedings and the evidence being recorded by the court to the media," said Special Judge Dharmesh Sharma.

The court's order came after Rajesh Khanna, counsel appearing for accused Atul Sengar, told the court about the Facebook posts made by the rape survivor's counsel wherein he had posted about the details of the proceedings.

Taking strong note of the submissions, the court asked Sengar's counsel to submit the details of the said posts.

The judge also directed the legal team of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to clarify their stance on the said issue.

Meanwhile, the cross examination of the victim's mother also took place during the hearing, however, the same could not be completed as the lawyer for one of the accused Ashok Bhadauria was not available on Saturday.

The court was hearing the case of alleged assault and alleged murder of the rape survivor's father in judicial custody on April 9 last year.
