UP cop suspended for dancing with bar girls in uniform

Fatehpur (Uttar Pradesh), March 3 A sub inspector has been suspended after a video in which he is shown dancing with bar girls and showering currency notes on them, went viral on the social media.

According to reports, sub-inspector Surendra Pal of Hussainganj police station was seen in a video, dancing with bar girls in his uniform. He was also seen showering currency notes on them.

The incident was of a function held in Fatehpur on Saturday night.

The government spokesman said that in view of the police official's misconduct, he had been placed under suspension.

'We are also identifying the constables in the video clip and action will be taken against them too," the spokesman said.
