Lucknow, March 24 Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel has declared Corona virus an epidemic in Uttar Pradesh for a period of one month.
The Governor approved the proposal sent by additional chief secretary revenue, Renuka Kumar.
The Governor's approval will now authorize the concerned department or authority to make emergency procurement and in such case, the standard procedure of inviting tenders shall be deemed waived.
