In what can be termed as a very bizzare incident, a married woman from Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh is seeking divorce from her husband for being love and caring. The woman has alleged that even after 18 months of marriage his husband does not fight or argue with her. The Sharia court cleric shocked by the allegations rejected her divorce plea calling it bizzare. Earlier, in her plea to the Sharia court, the woman claimed that she could not accept her husband's love. In her plea she has stated saying, "Neither my husband, has ever shouted at me or ever disappointed me over any issue. I am feeling suffocated in such an environment. Sometimes he cooks for me and also helps me in performing household chores."

According to a report in Times Now the woman has said that  she never had a fight with her husband.  Continuing further she said, "Whenever I make a mistake, he always forgives me for that. I wanted to argue with him. I do not need a life where the husband agrees to anything.'' The husband on the other side in response to his wife's allegation has said, that  he always wanted to keep his wife happy. Moreover he has urged the court to not give a verdict on the same and has asked the couple to sort out their differences amicably.
