Several areas in Bulandshahr will implement a three-day power outage on April 2, 3, and 4. This shutdown will affect areas connected to 33/11 kV Yamunapuram-I power substation, impacting approximately 3,200 consumers. According to the Electricity Department, the 11 kV feeder is being split due to it being overloaded.

Power outages are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for three days due to maintenance. This will affect areas connected to the Chandpur feeder, including Chandpur, Naya Gaon, Neelkanth Colony, Vishnupuram Colony, Barfkhandi area, GT Road area, and Sainik Colony.

The Electricity Department has appealed to consumers to make prior arrangements for drinking water and other essentials to minimize inconvenience during the shutdown. The department has also requested cooperation regarding this essential maintenance work.
