A verbal dispute over property turned into a physical altercation which resulted in a death of a 60-year-old man. This incident occurred in a village in Hathras Uttar  Pradesh under Sasni police station limits on Friday, March 20,2026. 

According to PTI report, 60-year-old man beaten to death with stick by two brothers and a nephew over a land dispute. Victim identified as Bhimsen, went to his field with his daughter, Varsha, to collect fodder for cattle. At that time the accused brothers Ravendra and Puran Singh, and Puran's son Yashvir arrived at the spot.

According to police, the trio began thrashing Bhimsen with sticks. When Varsha tried to intervene, she was also assaulted. Earlier in Prayagraj, Class 10 student was attacked by boys outside school in Khatangi village in the Air Force police station area over old dispute. They allegedly threatened to kill him if he resisted. After victim told about this incident to his family they filed against boys at Puramufti police station.

According Jagran news, on March 7 2026, after the exam concluded, his son was standing at the main gate of the school in the afternoon. Father Rajendra Singh, a resident of Khatangi village in the Air Force police station area, filed a complaint with the police.
